Do you want to have a great start to a new day? Try this (I actually do this and it really does work!): take a look at your calendar and prepare all you can ahead of time! Sometimes it’s just mental preparation and sometimes you’ll be able to get things ready, such as packing a bag, prepping lunch or loading up the car. Regardless, a simple routine will allow you to enjoy your evening and get a good night’s rest!
