Feeding my family has been an absolute joy. Sometimes a little rushed or maybe I’m tired, but having a plan has made it much easier! For the most part, I keep our menus simple and follow the same basic steps each week.
A few quick tips:
- Check the calendar to see what’s happening during the week
- Know what you have on hand, what’s in the freezer and what needs to be used up
- Keep recipes organized, accessible and up-to-date
- Maintain a well stocked pantry
Here are a few delicious meals that are on our menu!
- Creamy Coconut Lime Chicken served with jasmine rice and sautéed French green beans.
- Lentil Bolognese served over roasted spaghetti squash with a field green salad and a splash of dijon vinaigrette.
- Baked Cajun Shrimp served with basmati Rice and sautéed zucchini. Leftover’s will make for a delicious salad with spring mix and avocado!
- Lemon Garlic Tilapia served with roasted new potatoes and broccoli.
